ASM: Hands Hands Hands Hands

STREAM/DOWNLOAD THIS SHOW

The trick with premieres shows is that they usually happen once, and then we only maybe will get some of those premiered pieces into our regular repertoire. Plus, we only do those shows in New York. And New York is tough when you need, say, two acoustic pianos.

However, it's not impossible. So if you like 40 fingers on 176 keys, this next show is for you: it's also an encore performance of our most recent premieres show (adding back in a piece that did not make it in time for the premiere show). So it's an encore performance that also has a premiere in it!

Seven works for 1 Piano, 4 Hands and for 2 Pianos, 2 Hands (per piano), one of which has never been performed before, by the ten hands of Danica Borisavljevic, Theresa Rosas, Rene Dennis, Paul Kerekes, and Dan Lasaga.
